An orphaned block means that a block that was generated by your staking wallet was submitted to the network after another submission of the same block, by another wallet - and thus your submission is not accepted by the network.

Orphaned blocks happen regularly on any network, not just the AUDAX network. You do not lose anything from your funds. However, if this is happening frequently, you might want to ensure your wallet is on the correct chain. Please refer to our documentation for steps on how to check this, and how to resync your wallet.

Yes, we have you covered - an important part of the udax Project is the establishment of a masternode sharing service primarily dedicated to AUDAX masternode owners.This service will require 3,000 AUDAX to own a 1/50 share in an AUDAX masternode. Development of this service is 50% complete.
